KCP Meeting Dec 10th

Open to the public! The meeting will be this coming Thursday December 10th at the Coeur d’Alene Library in the GAZA Room. The meeting will be from 6:45 – 8:00pm. ClimateGate – Top Scientist Resigns After Being Exposed

A scientist at the centre of a “Climategate” row has stepped down from his post as research director at the University of East Anglia in England. Professor Phil Jones is accused of manipulating data after his emails were hacked into and leaked on the internet. He says he will stand aside while an independent review is carried out.

Conscription deprives a person of liberty without due process of law. This is clearly prohibited by the 5th amendment. Conscription is an involuntary taking of a person’s labor-which is a form of property-without just compensation as provided by the eminent domain provisions of the 5th amendment.
