Author of 5 books including County Sheriff AMERICA’S LAST HOPE. Mack gained distinction by being the first sheriff in the nation to file a lawsuit against the Brady Bill. The lawsuit made it all the way to the Supreme Court, which ruled that the provision was indeed unconstitutional as a violation of the Tenth Amendment principles of federalism.

Richard Mack is the former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, and a long-time crusader for freedom and individual rights. In 1994, he filed the lawsuit challenging the Brady bill to stop the federal government from forcing another unfunded mandate down the throats of state and local governments and won. This suit catapulted him to national attention, with television appearances and over 500 radio talk shows nationwide, Sheriff Mack has traveled the country extensively and has seen first hand the horrible side effects from politicians who have replaced our Constitution with their own political agendas and party platforms. He lectures on constitutional issues relating to gun control, law enforcement, States’ rights, the drug war, and the oath of office.

  1. Lorraine & Ben Kirkpatrick says:

What a great evening! We were so impressed with Representatives Phil Hart (ID) and Matt Shea (WA) for their encouraging words and unfaltering support of the Constitution. We have so much more to learn about this amazing document and these two speakers inspire us to keep learning and keep up the fight against those in Washington who want to take our freedoms and our liberties away from us. As long as folks continue to attend these events, we have great hope that the elections in 2010 will shift the balance of power away from the madmen in Washington. God Bless the United States of America!
